Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Global and is a graduate of both the Louisiana Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Academy and the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Training Academy. His specialized training includes:
Crisis Intervention Training (CIT): 80 hours of instruction in de-escalation and mental health crisis response across Virginia and Louisiana.
Emergency Medical Readiness: TECC, CPR, and AED training to provide immediate, life-saving care when seconds matter.
Risk Awareness & Site Familiarity: Experience working in schools, courthouses, and public spaces where safety and preparation are essential.
Emergency Preparedness Insight: Knowledge of how plans and procedures function in real-world settings, and how they can be adapted to serve faith-based communities.
Community Engagement: Comfortable working with leadership, staff, and volunteers to strengthen awareness and readiness at every level.
